Our services also include bulk item and junk removal, making it easy to dispose of larger items responsibly and efficiently. Every service is handled with care for your property, your time, and the surrounding environment.

  • Why-Knot Waste only accepts overflow (bags outside your cart) during holiday times; Christmas, Thanksgiving and 4th of July at no charge. Overflow bags will be charged at $2.00 per bag every time we pick them up. Special arrangements can be made for household clean outs, furniture and fixture disposal and large amount of garbage.

  • Cardboard – Must be broken down flat, can be outside, to the side of or under the cart

    Styrofoam packaging and packing peanuts – Must be bagged.

    Paint Cans – Must be empty with lid removed, paint residue must be hardened (dry) with absorbent material (example: speedy dry, kitty litter)

  • Invoices are sent on a quarterly cycle as follows:
    • January, February, March – Mailed December 1
    • April, May, June – Mailed March 1
    • July, August, September – Mailed June 1
    • October, November, December – Mailed September 1

    You are welcome to pay monthly or quarterly. If you choose to pay monthly, please use the quarterly invoice for all three months. We accept credit card payment; Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you give us your email address, we will email the invoice to you. You may pay by credit card from the email. If you prefer to pay by check; make payable to:

  • If Why-Knot Service does not receive payment, service will stop after the first month of the quarter. Service will be reinstated once payment is received, or payment arrangements are made. If you choose to pay monthly, please pay by the 1st day of the month.
